Clergy, primary leaders and potential core team leaders are invited to gather via Zoom for a Leaven Community Land & Housing Coalition Pre-cohort workshop.

To orient ourselves to the vision and work of our 2020 Cohort, we ask:

How will the pandemics of COVID and police brutality, and the responsive justice movements for black lives and human dignity that call for examination and repair of our racist history in Oregon, impact our work to build affordable housing as people of faith?

How does listening deeply to those siblings closest to the pain call for a renewed relationship with land and neighbors as sacred, shift decision-making, and enliven collective imagination as we work to transform unjust systems, build housing, and bring people home with safety and dignity in Multnomah County?

What does leadership look like and move like in these times?
