Wait! Why isn’t the board more “genderfied?” Well, it turns out the female and non-binary leaders of Leaven Community with time and capacity decided to sign-up for the Transition Discernment Team. This is the team that will midwife the communal process for determining the next iteration of long-term leadership for Leaven Community/Salt & Light Lutheran Church. So, there you have it.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Develop organizational structures for living into the mission and culture of Leaven Community/Salt & Light Lutheran in the areas of Operations, Fiscal Capacity and Membership, and Leadership Capacity.
Leaven Community members are invited to participate on working groups that are convened to co-create policies and procedures grounded in our values and mission to Be, Love and Act Together…deepening relationships, building community, creating change.
