Waking Up Community: Meditation & Discussion
Waking Up Community: Meditation and Discussion is a Leaven Community spiritual circle. The 50-minute meditation session includes sitting and movement, followed by discussion on a topic for the day. A social hour follows with conversation and refreshments. Join us as we deepen relationships within and among while listening, reflecting and discerning so we can act with love and compassion for the well being of all.
