Community Care Day Invite

Vernon School is reaching out to community members and inviting you to their Community Care Day. They will be spreading wood chips and have lots of work to do in order to beautify the school grounds. CAC: Children’s Accompaniment Circle
Last week our theme was Spirit of Hope and we started a collage thinking of what is in our life now...and what do we imagine we would like to see in the future. Bring your ideas and add to the collage!
Gwen also shared an idea with the whole congregation. What would it look like if we had a separate box to collect an offering for a community project and ideas kids and adults would select and fund? (The main Sunday offering helps pay for the work of Leaven Community).
As you walk and look around your neighborhood what could that kind of offering help support? Think about it and come to CAC with your ideas.
