I've read a few things recently commenting on recent seemingly rapid change. For instance, from Wayne Muller:
"There have been ways we are changing - and being changed - faster and more dramatically than ever before in our lifetimes. Some changes are incomprehensibly luminous. Many are in flux, and not yet clear.... Now we know two very important things we couldn’t know before: 1) The whole world can change; and 2) It takes about three weeks."
Reflection questions/resources:
What are some of the internal and external changes have we noticed in the last few months, years, our lifetimes?
Do you have a theory of how change does or doesn't happen, what we can influence or not?
Is there a natural lifecycle for groups and organizations?
